Sometimes, a slow Internet connection causes image files to display only partially. This can be remedied by re-downloading the image media. Use the following method to correct this issue:
- Remove the image from the Playlist
- Re-add the image to the Playlist
- Save Current Sign
If this doesn't fix the issue, contact Support via the Support Chat and a technician can force a re-download remotely.
- Use Remote Management Console to "Delete Media", then "Reload" media to force a re-download.
- If the issue persists, use Remote Management Console to Reboot the Monitor
